It Demands, It Militates, It Tyrannizes.

Not my thing, but, hey, at least she put a drop-cloth down.

1) Between Above The Law's seemingly endless parade of BigLaw lawyers getting hammered on child porn charges and the release of Max Hardcore from prison, it got me to thinking: what, precisely, is wrong with just plain ol' porn? We live in an era when you can go on the internet, go to Google, type "porn," and get 1.3 BILLION results (true: just checked)! It's like meth-heads - what's wrong with just plain ol' pot? Or guys that get hit with stat rape - what's wrong with just plain ol' slutty 18 year-olds? Dunno, dunno - some folk are just wired a bit differently, I suppose.

2) I was eyeballing my mound of t-shirts today - some of which I've had a looooong time, and I think it's time to cull the herd. I even have an MIT Asian Athletic Association t-shirt (don't ask). Save a few, but the rest gotta go. Maybe make a quilt?

3) Heat finally sinking in here - feels like it almost immediately went to "blast furnace" mode. Although, incredibly, I have not yet suffered a notable sunburn this year yet (knock on wood). Here's to hoping!

4) Looking forward to the reunion this next weekend - not looking forward to the drive. :/ Brother also bagged out on being there the following week, so coming back Sunday (ug) with the need to again return at some later point this summer/fall (BLARG!).

5) The Norway thing is so horrible I can't even read about it. All of the extended family on the Norwegian side have checked in ok, tho', so . . .

6) Amy.... Such a talent, such a waste.
